Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Govex, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform. These terms apply to all users, including individual administrators and organizations using the service on behalf of their clients.
Service Description
Govex is a multi-tenant Microsoft Intune reporting platform that connects to your Azure tenants via the Microsoft Graph API. The service provides centralized dashboards for device compliance, Windows Update policies, user directories, and Autopilot enrollment data. The platform is provided on a software-as-a-service basis and requires an active internet connection and valid Microsoft Entra ID credentials.
Account Requirements
To use Govex, you must authenticate using a valid Microsoft Entra ID account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your authentication credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must have appropriate authorization to connect Azure tenants and access the data synced through the platform.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Govex only for its intended purpose of reporting and monitoring Microsoft Intune environments. You may not:
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform, other accounts, or connected systems
- Use the service to store, transmit, or process data unrelated to Intune management
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
- Resell or redistribute access to the service without written authorization
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the platform beyond normal API usage
Data and Privacy
Your use of Govex is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service, you acknowledge that we will access and store device, user, and policy data from your connected Azure tenants as described in the Privacy Policy. You represent that you have the authority to grant us access to this data and that doing so does not violate any agreements or regulations applicable to you.
Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of Govex but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned maintenance in advance. Service level agreements are available for Enterprise plan subscribers as described in the applicable plan terms.
Limitation of Liability
Govex is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting all tenants and contacting us at support@govex.app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a security risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email. Your continued use of Govex after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the service and close your account.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Govex shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
