Multi-Tenant Intune Management: A Guide for MSPs

Once consent is granted, Govex automatically establishes the connection and begins syncing device data, compliance policies, user directories, and update status for that tenant alongside all of your other clients. There is no need to manually create App Registrations or manage client secrets. The dashboard lets you switch between tenants instantly or view aggregate statistics across your entire managed portfolio.

The real value for MSPs comes from the reporting capabilities. Instead of logging into each client's Intune portal to compile a monthly status report, you can generate compliance summaries, device inventories, and update reports across any combination of tenants. This not only saves time but also ensures consistency in the data you present to clients.
